So I didn’t take a pic of it but when I got my bag, the fries were put in upside down. Not only that but I asked for extra sauce on my sandwich and the put the sauce on the side. I ask for no pickles and there was pickles. Not to mention my bread was well done which I also didn’t ask for. I work at a different McDonald’s. I feel like I was given someone else’s sandwich out of laziness.

The drive through took extremely long (not during rush hour) that I almost cut off the car while waiting! Then at the 1st window to pay, the cashier didn't give my correct amount. She did notice, but had to leave to get a key to reopen her register....more time! Also both my orders were incorrect & had to wait additional time at the pick-up window. Not sure if "every" employee was new but not a pleasant experience.

Last Wednesday, the 16th. I bought a cheeseburger and value fries. A meal is less than 7 bucks. I got my bank statement, and they charged my card 17 dollars. Do not use your card at the place! They will steal from you!!!

So...what's wrong with this picture? We ordered an Artisan Bacon Burger with one beef patty. I tried to order one last week, & got chicken instead. So we really made sure they knew we wanted beef. Got home, & noticed how light it was. No beef! But no chicken, either. So, my bacon-onion-Swiss roll was good. I tried to call, but they aren't answering the phone. I will go talk to them tomorrow. But it is all a learning experience. And I was saved the calories.

This place forever gets orders wrong. I either have to wait for them to give me the right order or they forget to put an item I ordered. All the while having an attitude as if I were bothering them. It's was a while since I been at the particular McDonald's, and today they assured me why I don't come to this I one especially when I live just 5 minutes away.

Just drove through this location. When I arrived home I realized part of my order was missing. It’s always really upsetting when you pay good money for food and it’s carelessly left out. These people obviously don’t value their customers.
I will find a new McDonalds.
