Placed my order and it was cancelled instantly. Placed again and it was cancelled after about 5 minutes. After calling and clearing up the issues I was able to place my order with a 1 hour estimated wait, I was okay with that as I am patient and have friends/family in the same business so I understood how busy it can be during a rush. After 35 minutes of prepping my order they cancelled again. I recommend using a different Domino's if you want your food actually made & delivered.

I’m not gonna lie I wanted late night fast and cheap pizza and didn’t expect much. I’ve had dominos before and it’s been… fast and cheap. This location changed my mind. Literally I’m blown away, I order the same thing in every location and it hasn’t ever been this good! I can’t speak for the franchise but this location is amazing and I will forever drive across town from Parkland because it was that good. I can’t recommend this location enough, solid 5stars for service and quality.

Ordered 3 pizzas online. Got to the store 20 minutes before they were done so we waited in the car. Sent my Daughter in to pay for the pizzas. $30 I gave her a $50 bill. So they do not take anything over a $20 bill. So we ended up getting burgers at Wendy's instead. Makes no sense at all why they refuse to sell the already made pizza or why they do not post that Dominoes does not take legal tender online.

This store does not disappoint. Tasty pizza and always on time. They even called me one time when they lost a drive r that night due to illness to let me know that they would be late.

Lakewood location is extremely slow. The average time for a pizza is between 30-60mins. Tacoma mall location is way better. They are always under 30mins. Thats why 9 out of 10times I would go for the Tacoma mall location.

Other than the crust being a little burnt around the edges the pizza was good. The guy helping us was friendly. The store was clean.

I absolutely hate ordering from this place. Horrible service, rude manager and delivery time is always 30 to an hour late. I will never order from this place again. I guess Papa John's will be getting my business from now on...

I am not one who likes to complain but when I have reason I will.
Today I had ordered online 3 pasta bread bowls and was for sure I clicked to receive the bread bowl. I got my orders and saw that they was not the bread bowls I wanted so I call thinking they would fix this for me but instead basically calling me a liar and said we cant give you anything for free. I mean really? I told them to take back the pastas and that I am not trying to get anything for free just what I ordered. I have had bad service before but this takes the cake. Saying I was trying to get something for free when I paid $44.00 for my order and they would not fix it. Very hurt and very done with Lakewood Dominoes!

Just got off the phone with the manager Sean who yelled and argued with me after the first employee answered the phone and acknowledged that my pizza has been sitting on the heating rack for over 40 minutes not ready to be delivered. I asked numerous times as a frustrated customer what he could do for me he says “He was going to credit my pizza but doesn’t feel like he should because the time of delivery is an estimate not a guarantee?!” He proceeded to argue with me and yell some phone number I should call because he refuses to help me then hangs up! This is horrible service and who delivers hour old pizza???? Disgusted!!!

From the beginning the experience was negative.
The person who took the order sounded intoxicated, the guy I picked my order up from the store from was more interested in hitting on me then getting my pizza's and because of wanting to get out of the store so bad because of such an awkward and encounter I didn't double check my order until I got home just to find my wife's order was wrong and mine was burnt. I can't post a pic for SOOOMME reason or I would.

I'll save the headache and go to one of the other 2 pizza places 300 feet away

The worst service ever. Put in a delivery order 4 hours ahead of time. It was 15 minutes past our delivery time and we had to call to find out where our order was. It had not even left the shop yet. Asked to speak to a manager and he ended up hanging up on us. All we wanted was a credit. Claimed he was "sorry" but "they were busy and we called at the wrong time" like it was our fault. Will NEVER call here again.

I order from here often and not until tonight have I gotten horrible pizza. My pizza was delivered cold and undercooked. I called and they sent out new pizza. This order was burnt to a crisp. I won't be ordering from them again. I guess it's back to Pizza Hut for me!
