Little Caesars

I was just there about 5 minutes ago and Cassidy was working at the front and Alexis in the back. They handled everything so well, it was pretty busy and even with all those orders are people coming in, they were very professional and friendly. Cassidy handled an impatient customer with grace. Those two ran the location amazingly. This rating goes out to them!!

We’ve always had hot and delicious pizza from this location. And they’re always really friendly. Excellent customer service skills. We’ll continue to come to this location! My dad ordered from New York and had my son’s pizza personalized for his 13th birthday. It’s the little things and employees being so gracious about doing things like this. Thank you, Little Caesars in Lakewood!

My 5 year old son and I arrived to the front door to order some crazy bread and cheese bread for our Thursday night Italian dinner we make at home but love this addition. As you see in the pictures it literally says no one can wait in the lobby. Well, it seems that the lady at the front register just loved flirting so much with the guy she met that not only did my son and I wait 20 mins before coming in, but we found out there were 10 families in their cars waiting for this man to step out! They thought he was ordering until I found out they had been waiting over 30 mins to come into the store. I walked in and confronted the man and front end lady at the register. Their reaction is like I stopped Cupid from doing his work. Sorry guys, there are over 10 families waiting for food and have lives to live! The front end lady should understand she is being paid to be there, not at a club flirting for phone numbers. To find out it was the end of her shift which was at 9pm, so we were collateral for her next date when she left for the night. Trust me, and then the guy starred my son and I down coming out, and no one taking accountability for this associates interaction, it’s like everyone working there was pleased the orders stopped! Loyal families come and this is what has become of a family chain….. No one cares, only we do but yet again time after time we are abandoned by the lack of respect little Caesars represents…. family, not the only job you can find so forget caring….. Shame on your pride. Children expect pizza and family from this brand….. This occurred at 8:50pm August 5th 2021… 5 families left before ordering just because the wait became so long after the back up of people due to this associates abandonment for a date. Shame on them, at least grab the phone number and text later. Not 45 mins of flirting and holding families outside because Management demands it.

My service was quick I ordered an Italian garlic cheese bread. The cashier greeted me correctly asked what I wanted to order. Employees here at the Lakewood location were constantly working. Seen Doordash orders going out, app,and other customers getting food. Overall I am pleased with my experience at Lakewood Town Center location.

Came in tonight asked if they could make pizza with the seasoning from Italian cheese bread , the lady was somewhat snappy but accommodated my order. She told me it would be right up. I went and sat in my car looking to see if it was up yet . 35 min later I walked in to order hot and ready pizza and then 5he ladytells me that they "JUST putting I. Regards ven . The cook guy didn't see .my order on the screen now its been 50 mi .n. had I not of pd for it I'd of left long ago
