Review Taco Bell - Lakewood

We ordered, went up to the window, and I kid you not they only got the drinks right. The food was completely wrong. I drove back from home, only to realize they knew about it. They handed me the bag they were supposed to, untouched since we had ordered about 20 minutes prior. Well, naturally they made the food wrong in our order, and it was horrible. They let me keep the other bag though, and that food was good, but that was their only saving grace! Hoping they pick it up. They once were good.

We don’t usually have bad service here, but Sunday, June 26, we made an online order and scheduled to pickup/check in via the drive thru. All went well until we got home and realized they didn’t even make our order right. I had even paid more for extra meat and guacamole, but I didn’t even get the meat I asked for, no guac, they put cheese sauce in all the food when we stated NO and requested the cheese blend, no jalapeños in one my husbands order and none of the food came in the boxes they’re supposed to. Whatever but come on!! Really disappointed in the online ordering and execution.

Andia provided great customer service at the window— I wish she could be the server at every location in Lakewood, because I would likely go to Taco Bell more often. This was the first time I had the Breakfast Crunchwrap and on the menu it showed it came as a combo with cinnabon donut holes. Im not crazy for fried hashbrowns so I thought this would be a great alternative. The menu board showed “bac/sausage” and “steak” for the meat options, but I wasnt sure if the bacon/sausage was an either/or or if it came with both, so I asked the server and she told me the difference in price for having both. She was very courteous and seemed happy to help. She gave me the drink choice options and completed my order so that I basically was out of there in less than 5mins, even with other cars in line with me. The food was fresh, hot and looked really tasty. When I bit into my wrap I was happy to see there was a good amount of ingredients and they were spread evenly thru the wrap, so that every bite tasted consistently good. If I was pushed to give a negative, it would not be the service or the food. The parking lot had a little bit of trash, a Modella beer box that was likely left after soldier/base guys ate the night before… but nothing that effected my service or would prevent me from coming back. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK TACO BELL— and please hire more people like the team who were working today!!🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮

Okay.. I generally like this Taco Bell.. idk if this is at all of them but AINT NO WAY I paid 2.50 for this small drink 😭 I could’ve went literally ANYWHERE ELSE and got so much more. I forgot why I never get drinks here.

I have eaten from this Taco Bell a few times now since i moved and the food is nice, i had used the window Service before, this time i enter to the restaurant. The food it is given warm and has good taste. My order was fine, they even added a couple of Cinnamon Twists for the wait, except that the combo # 12 says it was Steak and they prepared it for beef. I really wanted to eat the taco bell steak. It bothered me a bit and I did not I wanted to return to change it because it was the only thing that came wrong. I will visit them later again but I will have to verify the order before leaving.

I wish I could mark a negative star. Just went through the drive thur. Order number 1. Customer service was awesome. Tacos taste like chemical ( bleach ) . I will never eat at a taco bell ever again.

Fastest drive through service in Tacoma. The line was literally out of the drive through lane and I got out of there in less then 15 minutes with hot food. Employees were polite and the order was correct. The tacos weren't a mess either so they didn't rush trying to hurry food out.

Would have given a 5 star but the geniuses in the restaurant that made the order failed to label the 4 different burritos that they made on the wrapper. This would have been ideal for someone who was ordering for other ppl like I just so happened to be doing but since there was no label, all 4 burritos looked the same. Laziness and thoughtlessness from the crew at this taco bell. 🤦🏽‍♂️
