I love some parts of the menu, especially burritos without rice (chicken avocado, keto). This time I ordered just the burrito and a drink (I had a coupon), but was served a combo (not covered by the coupon). My e-coupon was thus both unusable, and voided for future use.

Very slow especially when your on a 30 min break. Every el pollo varies you don’t ever know how much chicken you’ll get and it taste different.
I have been going here for years, and I love their chicken. However, the chopped chicken in the tostada bowl and salad was very dry and chewy, with little flavor. Plus, they forgot my drink, and the dressing for my salad.
I will give them one more chance, but service and quality needs to improve.
