I am so disappointed. I ordered 2 hamburgers one with no mayo add mustard. It's literally on the receipt and the burger seems to have EXTRA mayo. I called to inform the manager because I live a drive away and the phone went to an answering machine. Just tacky and unacceptable.
Upon entry, I was told "no dogs allowed" (Dani is properly marked according to state and federal laws with service dog harness). Upon notification, the person waved their arm through the air (seemed like they might have been Not saying "what..ever" as they walked away). No apology was offered.
Diet
Food was wrong, ordered thru the app. Drink was wrong, but didn't notice until we left. When we asked about the food, drive thru cashier (9pm Friday June 10, male) was dismissive and a tad arrogant.
Food quality was fine. Service, not so much
Staff was nice. Good was good but not what I ordered. I hardly ever eat at Wendy's but they do seem to mess up orders quite a bit.
Has gotten better since theu have added more staff. However, they seem to always run out of coffee, and need to be more mindful.
Plus, they have WiFi and charging stations.
The customer service was terrible today. Maybe due to loss of poorly trained staff and a manager who wasn't friendly or understanding. Wendys lost a loyal customer here today!
The only item that was correct that I ordered was the burger, besides that I was given the wrong nuggets, no extra fry that we ordered, no sauce for the nuggets, and even no straw for my drink in the drive thru??
