The amount of whip and chocolate flakes I received on my peppermint mocha. I only buy Starbucks twice a year a pumpkin spice latte and peppermint mocha. This made me really sad:(

Lack of Drive-Thru is a drawback. Getting in-and-out of the parking lot can be problematic. Even when the lobby is empty, the staff is slow. And insulting... Starbucks isn't bad. I wish they had more sugar free options like a sugar free mocha or other sugar free products like other smaller coffee stands.
