I am a partner at Starbucks and they continued to fight with me over the drink being made wrong. They didn’t know what drink we were asking for and it’s one of the most basic ones you learn in training. When we got our remake it was the same drink just re-blended with more ice. The team really needs to get recipes down and learn to communicate with more kindness like the company promotes. Wouldn’t be back to this store again

worst experience at this Starbucks drive thru. workers were very rude and service was really slow. instead of talking back to customers, make adjustments yourselves. had to repeat my order so many times to just get my drink rudely

Out of fruits for refresher drinks a lot of the time. Never know when you can walk in store or not. Sometimes store closed unexpectedly. Some baristas not friendly. On line ordering not always possible due to unavailability.

Today I ordered a peach black Iced tea lemonade. The person who took my order Diego was hilarious. He said BTS looked like Disney princess. We love Diego, he made my day.

Decent small corner mini mall location with the standard lay out, i.e. barely any room inside for anything. This location has a drive through in back, not an incredibly common feature for the corner mini mall Starbucks template.
