Been sitting here for five minutes just to be greeted… at this point it doesn’t even matter how the food or service is while I’m dining. You can at least greet your customers. We’ll see how the service is and I might change this review. Changed to a 1 star because the food and service was trash too.

Stopped in for breakfast with some coworkers. The waitress was very attentive and received excellent service. The food came out perfect. we were all very satisfied.
The walls are dirty, the bathrooms need an update. The place looked run down and uncared for. Sad I love IHOP, but this one is worn out. The people working there were great, very friendly, but they should be working in a cleaner environment and WE should be eating in one. That's on the owners! They

I blew a tire outside IHOP and had to pull in to change it. It was a very nice parking lot. No one bothered me. The ground was level. I guess if you are hungry you can also get pancakes. I could not. I was on my way to work.
