Simple restaurant with no frills. Simple food with extraordinary flavor. Don't let the appearance fool you, this place serves delicious food that'll give you a tongue-gasm . Get the quesadilla--cheese only. Get the vampiro with lengua. I enjoyed the cabeza tacos immensely.
Went on a Saturday @ 12:30, there was a line but moved very fast. Small and crowded, but we were able to find 2 spots to sit. Love the tacos, had 1 pastor and 1 asada. My husband's favorite taco place. A visit to Lakewood to see our daughter and grandchildren is not complete without a visit to adobo. Now my grands want to go to adobo also. Shrimp burrito is my grandson's favorite. We favore the carne asada, their frijoles de la Olla are very tasty.
