Review 7-eleven - Lakewood

When working in the area, it's always been a pleasure stopping through for breakfast, lunch, and a snack or drink before heading out. It's always clean; floors, surfaces, even garbage can doors. Well stocked at all times, all cups & lids stocked, coffee extras full, roolers ready, buns warm, and chilled condiments available. Haven't seen an out of order (aka we forgot to restock it accordingly) sign yet. And, unlike the side-glanced "hey" elsewhere, attendees always say hello and actually fully greet each customer entering the store.

My 7 Now order is ALWAYS wrong! You cannot select another location. When you call to complain they already expect that you are missing something. The store is dirty when I go in there and some of the food stuffs are expired. The refrigerated foods have been unavailable for some time. The only guy who has good customer service was the disabled guy who I no longer see.(he probably got fed up) I would highly suggest driving down to Garrison and Jewell if you want good customer service along with fresh food options. I have requested several times to have this location removed from 7 Now. I ordered flaming hot Cheetos once, apparently they were out so I got hot fries and regular Cheetos. The incompetence is REAL at this location and the owner should seriously evaluate how much they care about their customer satisfaction and success because as of now… it’s real shady!

I went to get a coke big gulp. My usual store was very busy with no parking, so I went a few extra blocks to this store. I was able to park easily. The store was clean. The attendant was friendly and thorough. I was a bit disappointed because it has one of those soda machines with numerous mixes and flavors. I do not like the flavor of coke in those machines. So I did buy a big gulp, but ended up dumping it at home and filling up the cup with a bottled coke i purchased.

The gas pumps are pretty jankedy. Some of the fuel grade buttons don't work at the pump, has trouble reading cards outside.

Card number was stolen at their atm, when called to tell them the employee was suspicious. Might even be the employee who stole it

I ordered thru 7 now delivery coming to over $40 for 9 items with a $5 tip to the driver. Not only did I not get my whole order but when I call the store I get told "oh well I just forgot to put them in the bag". I work for 7-11 and my franchise owner has a store with 7Now. I would lose my job if I forgot an item cause that does reflect on the store and app.

A wonderfully nice disabled man works at this 7/11, and he has always been nothing but kind and welcoming! While he was working one day, another employee started screaming and cussing at this poor man, because he was stocking shelves instead of helping her handle a measly 5 customers. It was absolutely disgusting. This woman is absolutely hateful. Get her out of there.

WARNING! BEWARE THE OVERNIGHT CREW! These women are deplorable people, devoid of humanity. They do not appreciate your repeat business, they do not hide their hatred for the job they have chosen to do and they will make exceptions for anyone even those they give free product to. I'm a rideshare driver, and I depend on 7-Eleven in the late nights for a multitude of reasons, chief among them being a warm bite to eat and cold beverages for myself and my passengers. Tonight, I committed an embarrassing faux pas, I fell asleep at the gas pump before I even exited the car. This location is very close to home and I have frequented it for 13 years for it's convenience, so much so that I routinely never pay for my refills, being known by the staff. How this employee, working Saturday night 3/9/19 into Sunday morning 3/10/19, handled my accidental pass out tonight was without the same courtesy and respect I've shown her in the past. She called the cops on me without so much as coming to the car and knocking or even sending a customer to see what could be done first without going to the extreme. I ran out of gas and didn't have my debit card with me so I pushed my car to the nearest spot and was getting ready to go tell her what had happened when she burst out the front door and started talking down to me about only paying customers can Park at The store. I tried to reason with her, the lady who called me "sweetheart" and gave me free refills several times over, and she grew louder and more stern, never once allowing me to tell her that I just needed to go get a can of gas and I would be back, even was going to spend the last of my change on purchase. She wouldn't listen to reason, she instead banned me from the store and went to call the cops again. I gave her no reason to act so incredibly rude, she just flew off the handle and treated me as if she had never seen me before, as if she was senile or high, vacant and without a sympathy. I had to push my car out of the lot hoping she would see reason in her evil ways and stop being so cold. When I got stuck in a pothole, she went postal and even told customers that she would call the police on them if they helped me. Thankfully I had half a can of gas in the trunk to get me moving that I had forgotten about and I was able to get my car home. However, I'm now "banned" from returning. A big price paid for accidentally catching a nap at the pump. I Will be returning to this location and expecting a result from a manager.
