The chicken in my wife's wrap was the same dry ripped up old chicken that for some reason was also shoved in the bottom of my popcorn chicken, the rest were batter only and the few good pieces tasted.. ok. Our food was cold and even the ocean water I got was out of syrup so tastes like bland seltzer water, the only sugar I got was the occasional nerd up the straw I had added. Absolutely unacceptable.

Could use a little more attention to details of the order sometimes. Yeah, I can take tomatoes off my burger no problem. Being allergic and having residue still there still makes me break out, just not as badly. Otherwise good service and a better burger than most drive-thru.

Used to visit this location a while back for ice cream treats and slushes. (The only food I'd recommend at any Sonic is the popcorn chicken.) Saw there had been some issues recently but visited this location again and had no problems. Service was good and the Blasts were well made.

In Denver for vacation and came to this sonic for a quick stop for food. Sodas are flat like the drink mixture needs to be changed out. Fries and tots are stale and taste like old cooking oil. Burgers taste like they’ve been on the warmer for over an hour. Truly disappointed in our experience, luckily only in town for a couple days longer.

Absolutely disgusting!! Hot dog was cold and nasty. My green chili burger was nasty and not even done. My daughters kids meal burger wasn't done, we didn't even take a few bites and now my kid is throwing up. Will never go to this place again!!! And to think we sat in line for over 15 minutes and no one was in front just one vehicle.

Ordered from here not once but twice in hopes of receiving my complete order. The 1st time I didn't receive items paid for. And the 2nd time I ordered popcorn chicken with Buffalo sauce and it was so completely drowned in Buffalo sauce it was completely inedible. Very disappointed, only worth getting a drink from.

This location can be ok at times. Recently they have been not so great. I ordered a sandwich the other day a bacon something. And what I got was what looked like an employees made up sandwich with toast I stead of a bun and bbq instead of bacon, no lettuce and it was soggy. Couldn’t eat it had to throw it away even though I paid for it. Today I went and my app wasn’t working so I ordered through the box. Placed my order and never got any pop up on the screen to pay. Waited like 10 mins and still nothing at all. Had to go elsewhere for food. Wasted all my lunch break..

I am getting truly fed up with this sonic. Of course going here I know the foods not gonna be great and it's rarely ever warm but that's not even my issue with this place. For over 2 weeks the app has said this sonic is temporarily closed even though it's not so I can't order ahead or use any of my coupons. Not only this but I have bad anxiety and ordering through the app is the only way I can order here since they can never understand me through the speaker. This has happened multiple times before with the app saying they're temporarily closed while they're actually open and it's a complete rip off because I can't use any of the app exclusive discounts. I understand this location is typically short staffed but I don't understand why that means you can't use the app or even the coupons for the app. I truly hope you fix this soon because I would like to be able to walk over here and eat here again.
