Review Pizza Hut - Lakewood

That pizza was fantastic. The delivery driver was really polite. Dude got here in like 25 minutes after I placed the order. I'm financially struggling after having just moved, but it was my fiancee's birthday and these people came through

Another PERFECT delivery tonight 8/6/2021!! I had to call the manager and COMPLIMENT them! The driver ensured social distancing (which is awesome because of the delta increase). He explained my order. I just have to say this restaurant, as far as pizza, pasta, wings is great. This is my go to place after long hours working at the hospital. Thank you!! This RESTAURANT works to ensure your order is perfect. UNFORTUNATELY the Pizza Hut app isn't so great. It is difficult to order "sides" like jalapeños, parmesan cheese, peppwroncini or other complements to the pizza or pasta. Pizza Hut should acknowledge this is additional revenue for the company. Make it easy for customers to enhance their pizza delivery experience!Delivery and pizza has improved from a while back. Maybe it's because of covid? The pizza arrives hot and fresh. Very hot! They don't get the crust flavors right, but the pizza is good. Toppings are off and not distributed evenly. Yet, I'll order from them again. Thus my rating. I am disappointed they charge now for parm and peppers. As expensive as their pizza is and as frequent as I order, they should throw in some parm and peppers. Come on pizza hut. Papa John's does does!

I have not had Pizza Hut for some time now yet I always crave it. I had ordered the edge, mozz sticks, bone in wings and those seasoned fries. Everything was delicious! Fries were hot and flavorful, the wings were perfect, the mozz sticks were cheese sticks and not just batter sticks and they melted in my mouth. The edge was right up my street. The pizza was scrumptious. Everything was a hot delivery along with a personable delivery person and right on time. Very, very satisfied with my treat that I had for dinner last night!! Thank you Pizza Hut!

Pizza Hut will always hold a special place in my heart and I don't mean the fat in my arteries! The pizzas that come out of this kitchen are always correct and the people here are welcoming. Delicious and cheap. What more could you want!

I was actually standing behind Nick who posted a previous review. I had ordered a pizza for pickup they did not show me the pizza but also my fault for not checking my self it was cold and burnt with no cheese to speak of not to mention the flavor crust was on the middle of the pizza not on the crust and it looked like they did not have the warmer on. I return to end up waiting behind nick for 10 min wile the employe in the black shirt flirted with the new coworker and took there time picking out her order because “ she is picky” nick leaves after they can’t ring up his coupon. With no experienced staff on duty and no manager they could not do it. I informed them of my burnt cold pizza they could care less and laughed that I had actually brought back the pizza and was like I can make a new one or whatever so I asked for a refund. It took another 10 min to possess the refund because they had to call some one for instructions. Not once did they apologize I’m going to be ordering form a different location the staff has gone down hill over the last 3 years. People should just not work the job if they don’t like it!

This is what happens when you order extra sauce they dumped like 40oz of it directly on top of the already cooked pizza!! ( are you guys joking?) I have never seen anything like this!! Go literally anywhere else! Im beyond words

Worst place ever, can't even read a online order. I think they get a joy of ur irritation. This is the second time they got an online order wrong. The first time I called an place a complaint and they were laughing in the background. I told myself don't ever order from there again, but look here we are. I gave them another chance and what happens they messed up again.. I'm over it. I'm done with this location

I received the best customer service yesterday. The driver delivered my pizza with a smile and he gave us a ton of napkins and paper plates. I was on a work call and unable to tell him thank you. I truly appreciate the customer service.

The pizza is great, however I don't think I've ever had such a hard time ordering pizza.. very stressful experience

the pizza sucked the dude made my pizza flat to where there was no bread just the crust bottom part with cheese and gave me bread sticks that have been out since yesterday and then I told them to make me fresh ones and they gave me some nasty white sauce that didn't look like any sauce to me so I told them to just take it back but I ate two pieces of the pizza and it was horrible didn't have that much cheese on the pizza n then I took it back and got my money back and for one I think I should get a free pizza just because I had a bad customer service that's not right. maybe pizza hut should think about hiring the right pizza maker.

The pizza here is pretty good, never had a problem with take out or delivery. PIZZA FOR LIFE

did a pick up order, and they gave me 2 of the wrong pizzas, cold as ice, and hard as ever. two of their employees were too busy stuffing their gross faces while they mess up every order and are cancelling orders. it is all due to a 1/10 inch of snow... OH MY GOD SNOW GEE I WONDER IF PIZZA PLACES WILL BE BUSY. if i could leave 0 stars i would. these employees are rude and shouldnt legally be allowed in the food business. i have contacted corporate and am friends with the health dept. perhaps the lady shoving 2 pieces of pizza in her mouth at once over the food being prepared should have some more training.
