I had a good experience here last weekend- the breakfast burritos I got for me and my son were tasty and the perfect start to a long day of baseball over at Schaefer. The owner was friendly and we had a good chat. No complaints. Thanks!

Great fellas working here, the atmosphere isn’t top notch but it’s fine, food isn’t the best but for the price it’s absolutely fantastic. Overall this place isn’t the four seasons but it’s an amazing little shop with great prices and good food and some real good folks running it.

Came in today with my daughter and her service dog to get a burrito and clear up a misunderstanding. Fred was very gracious and understanding. We got the Bacon, egg, and potato burrito and the steak, egg and potato burrito with the added chili and cheese. It took less than five minutes to get our burritos. The ratio of potato, bacon, and egg were just right. Though, next time, I will be getting the add-on of chili and cheese. My daughter had no complaints, other than she didn't get two burritos instead of just one. There are a variety of drinks that are offered, and I didn't see the pricing on them to comment, but I did see there is an extensive variety. You will be pleased. I will be purchasing my drinks from Mr. Fred on my next visit. I was impressed with the pricing on the menu. Everything is very affordable while still having quality products. You don't see that from many business these days. I wholeheartedly recommend Maria's to anyone. They are a great small business that deserves your patronage! My one reminder: the high school has lunch from 11-12:50, so Mr. Fred will be slammed during that time, and orders might take longer due to the high school rush. Please be patient if you come during this time.

I love the breakfast burritos here. The green chili is very tasty. I don’t care for pork, but I love the flavor it gives to the green chili. The small pork pieces are easy for me to pick out. I usually order a breakfast burrito smothered with green chili and a pint of rice. I love the rice too! They are always very friendly here. You can eat there or take it out. It’s kinda far from my house, so I don’t get to go as often as I wish, but worth the drive. My son loves it too. My daughter was the one that actually told me about the restaurant. Thank goodness! Keep making great food with great prices! Long time customer.

I've live in the neighborhood here now for over ten years Fred is a staple here. The food is second to none in Colorado his establishment is always clean and if you engage Fred in conversation you'll soon have a new friend. As I said everything on the menu is excellent but if you're undecided try the "Al's Special" you will not be disappointed! Maria's would get six starts if we're possible...

There are a lot better places to go. $2.75 is an ok price but there was no flavor and I'm not sure there was one potato in my breakfast burrito.
