Review 7-eleven - Lakewood

I've lived in Lakewood for three years and I always come to this 7/11 at midnight to buy coffee or hot cocoa.Today I'm here again at midnight to buy coffee，but after today I will be moving to other places. Every time I come to this 7/11, I always feel relaxed and comfortable, maybe because it is the only rest I have after work and study, in short, this 7/11 is like a harbor in my busy life . This 7/11 will be the memory of my three years of hard work and study. Hope I still have chance to come here buy the midnight coffee in the future.thank you these kind cashiers！thank you and good bye！

Usually I rate this place a five star. If you're not able to train your people with your payment options then what's the point you're the only one around that takes the 7-Eleven wallet and your people don't even know how to use it.

This location is nothing but thieves … I put gas in on July 17th , paid with my debit card … only used half of the amount I paid for … I had to call customer service to see what the heck was going out with my refund of the difference, it had been almost a week , ended up with a phone call from the store manager , told him the situation. He told me to come back Monday , which I did … but he wasn’t there . I’ve never had so much trouble getting my money refunded, most gas stations return the difference within a few days. Not this place , they expect you to go back in the store to get the difference from you paying with a debit card … I’d understand if I paid cash then yeah I should go back in an get the difference. NEVER AGAIN will I go to this location.

I work DoorDash and am also a neighbor to this 7-11. There are two younger people who work here, a girl and a guy, who are always so kind and helpful. They are store is clean and has the most stocked items near by. Thank you for always being amazing here guys!

Extremely dirty, I refused to get fountain drinks here before covid was a thing. Stopped for gas and tried to get a energy drink, posted sign 2 for $3 grab 2 cans, at 1st glance I notice like black ash or something all over the top of can, I go to sink and wash it off all while clerk never even said hi or good morning. I bring it to checkstand, they ring up $6 something and after showing the clerk the sign 2 for $3 he still refused to honor the posted price. I left, won't be back. I'll happily take my business to the mom and pop convenience store across the street!!!

Im shocked roaches aren't crawling out of the floor boards. I'd ask an employee about it if anyone there acknowledged me being there. Jokes aside this place is so filthy I was hesitant to buy a drink in a bottle. I'd definitely drive down the road to another gas station.

If you have a sign up for all customers to wear masks your employees should do so as well If they are on the other side of the counter with no shield. We are in a pandemic and mandates are to keep everyone safe. I wear one to keep you safe I expect the same in return.

I lost my phone either outside or inside and who ever found it and turned it in shows there are still good people in this world. Also the 7elleven workers that were there also did there part and kept it behind the counter and asked me to verify. They all deserve a raise for their honesty. Thank you all so much to the person who turned it in and to the workers.
