Review Mcdonald's - Lakewood

Big Mac was just thrown together. One of the worse Mc Donald's I have ever been to.

Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes, since it indoor dining was closed. When we got to the front our food was cold, and employees in the restaurant were face timing people. Didn’t seem like anyone there knew what was going. Definitely wouldn’t go back.

Food was good, service was okay, restroom was clean and well stocked. Outside of the facility and the grounds are well maintained. There appeared to be sufficient staff. Several customers ahead of me were waiting on their order but apparently there was a mixup as it wasn't on the board. They got it straightened out agreeably. All in all a good experience

Horrible food and service. There was a time where I kept being told to wait to order my food in the drive-thru. Almost waited 10 minutes and they finally told me they weren't accepting credit or debit cards. Workers are unfriendly and unprofessional. I wouldn't ever recommend coming to this one anymore. You are better off going somewhere else.

Come here often for my sugar free vanilla iced coffee. Stopped by one night to grab my drink and ordered a large fry and they were literally cold, no exaggeration, so I guess my suggestion to anybody going on not so busy times would be requesting fresh fries, before you waste your money on cold fries that’ll get thrown away. ☺️ Update: Haven’t been here for months and refuse to return. I ordered my usual iced coffee and some substance that seemed like Vaseline lined the bottom of my drink. I contacted corporate about it and they decided not to respond at all. So I try not to go to McDonald’s period. But I haven’t been back to this one at all cause that’s pretty serious.

The burger is perfect it's shining and the patty just every ting is perfect except for the fries it's reused and gold and salty

I love McDonald's! Why? I like it when I can order a senior cup of coffee. Chicken sandwich and small fries is another story in itself. Don't believe me, come check it out yourself!!

Worst Experience ever! I called trying to find out what time they open, due to the fact a lot of websites hours of operation information is not accurate. A woman answered the phone and immediately hung up on me when I asked what time do they open. I called back thinking I was accidentally hung up on and the person at McDonalds picked up the phone and hung up on me again. I called a few more times then the woman answered the phone with an attitude saying I am preventing them from opening by calling and I needed to check the website. The woman then proceeded to exclaim they open the exact same time everyday! Then she hung up on me! Very unprofessional! For starters I am not familiar with this area of town, which how would I know what time they open everyday. I eat fast food rarely, so why would I know their daily schedule and it isn’t my job to know this information. If companies did a better job of updating their hours of operation on the website, I could trust the time it says, but we all know that isn’t always true. I only have a limit amount of time to grab food so I can’t risk driving around place to place because hours on websites aren’t accurate. All the woman had to say was no we are not open until whatever the time is phone call over no problems. I will make sure to let everyone I know not to patronize this McDonalds because of their poor customer service. If they can’t even answer the phone professionally…..No telling all the horrific things that might be happening with the food.
