Refused our BOGO offer via app. Long line so we didn't argue or dispute. They claimed is was for online orders only. NOT TRUE! We read ALL the fine print. Should have got the manager. Steak was like chewing leather. 2nd bad experience in a row with Chipotle. May, or may not, try for a 3rd!!?

Probably one of the cleanest, most efficient, and well run Chipotles I have ever been to. Food is always fresh. The staff know what they’re doing and can actually wrap a burrito! I wish they were all this good!

Not only did they raise their prices but seems like they give you less food. They load your bowl/ burrito with sides and are super stingy with the meats even when you ask and pay for extra! The steak was super dry and tough. Chipotle use to give you what you paid for but not anymore! I’ll pass on it

Horrible customer service. They lost my online order, I showed them the confirmation on my phone, and instead of making my food right then, they asked me to get into the 30 person line and wait. Every bad review on this location is so accurate.

The food from this particular store is not great. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and it barely had any chicken in it. Everytime we order from this Chipotle location it's disappointing. It's worth driving to a different location.
