Ordered through Uber Eats, I paid for a Spicy Baja Burger and my daughter ordered an egg on her burger. I got a classic smash delivered and my daughter didn’t get the egg on her burger. At least my husband and son got their right order!

Tristan was good taking our order. Caspar checked on us multiple times and took good care of us when we had a problem. The food tasted good. They had some unique options on the menu. They allowed our MOPS program to do a Sunday fundraiser with them. The sign said locally owned and operated. They had optional tipping.

Food is amazing, clean building. Took a little bit for someone to actually acknowledge me and when they did they were snarky and short with me, I believe her name is Elena. Two people came in after me and were greeted happily and told "we will be right with you" so who knows. Other than that the place is nice and convenient.

We work at the hospital and we are busy. So we called at 9:21pm (they close at 10pm) and asked to order 4 burgers and fries to go. We were told that they can't make them that late, that it was too much to do that close to closing. So we talked to the manager on shift, and she said the same thing. Absolutely ridiculous. If you don't want to make food after 9pm, then close at 9. So we went to OC.

Wish I could have gave no stars to the place who sent food to my family that could kill them!! When I called to ask manager Casper Rios what happened he laughs about it !! If you want salmonella and like raw chicken this is the place for you 🤢🤮😵💫

Omg!! Slobber looking at this one. So fresh, so hot and tasty everytime. I have come to this restaurant about 10 times now and decided the Colorado burger (add jalapeños for free) is my regular now. This smashburger location on Union is now my guilty pleasure. The mocha milkshake is amazing, but the fries are nothing special so I don't order them. Customer service is at its best and I come here for their service more than any other place. Thank you employees, you go above and beyond 👏
