It’s Burger King so I obviously know what to expect, but being served literal BLACK bacon is even something I can’t defend at a fast food place…the lack of customer care and respect for the food they’re handing out is straight up disgraceful and embarrassing. The food was really good and worth the wait. Looked like everyone was working hard in the kitchen though so I felt like they were short staffed. Did a great job despite it all, and the food was super satisfying and done correctly.
Decided to get a late breakfast and got a #5 in drive through at 950a.... I got my food around 1025. I didn't complain but still got no apologies or anything for the wait. The lobby was NOT packed and only had 3 cars in drive through ahead when I ordered. So bad...

Its bad... Just bad. The service, the cleanliness, the environment, specifically the staff. If you want a better experience go to a McDonald's on the Hill. At least the quality of homeless can offset your experience.

Awful experience. Got breakfast this morning and everything was so cold that my cheese wasn’t even melted. Tried to call to get a refund as I’m heading into work and don’t have time to go back. Nobody would answer the phone. Now I get to start my work day hungry and disappointed.
