Review Wendy's - Lakewood

My family and I were traveling and I happened to lose my debit card. All I had was a $50 bill on us to get something to eat. I had ordered $20 of food and tried to pay with that $50bill and the manager refused to let us order because she couldn’t break a $50 bill. I think this is absolutely ridiculous and if I were the owner of this establishment I would want to know if my customers were turned away for reasons such as this. This completely upset all of us as we had been traveling all day, we’re hungry and needed to use the bathroom!! I also had asked to be let in the restroom so we could use it and was completely ignored. We had been driving for 4 hours and this is the treatment we get. I will Never visit this location or support their sales at this location or at other Wendy’s in my life. We will spend our money elsewhere. Wendy’s at this location has ruined our experience and we will not be returning our supporting your business for such poor treatment. This is disgraceful.

Drive through the drive thru and it was fast service in the ordering and they asked if we wouldn't mind wait for our food to be made fresh. And it was and I appreciate how friendly they were. Would recommend and will be returning. Thank you Wendy's crew for what you do I appreciate you.

Not one employee making or handling food is able to wear a mask correctly. Obviously don't care about anyone else's safety. Service was very slow.

Literally says extra pickle on the recipe and this is what I get! 🤣🤣🤣...no wonder the rating is so bad!! But I may be wrong maybe 2X pickle means a WHOLE slice

Ordered from DoorDash and someone by the name of Nicolas stole my food(dasher) and these guys refused to believe me... even though everything is tracked and monitored... and didn't even replace the order. DoorDash replaced our expensive food stolen food with money back. I've eaten there before and it's maybe 3 outta 10. Count on low fries and cold food.

Absolutely the worst Wendys I think I've ever been to I was refused service because the manger was to busy to take my family's order. Apparently the kids working are incapable of taking orders and aren't allowed to was told the manager needed to waited for 10 minutes no one came to serve us. Self ordering machine was not working... Do not come here if you want Wendys in the area spare yourself a horrible experience and drive to Belmar or 38th and Wadsworth.

The salads at Wendy's are works of arts! They are truly delicious, fresh, nutritious and filling. Hurrah for Wendy's! My applause and gratitude to the creators of these magnificent salads!

SUPER busy, fries were hot, order was correct and the manager working 5/13 night shift was super nice and accommodating even though they were slammed.
