Review Einstein Bros. Bagels - Lakewood

Drive the extra distance to the next location. Ordered with I guess the lady in charge for the day. I don’t want to call her a manager, she was rude and honestly didn’t really have customer service etiquette at all. 2 coffees which were correct. Then ordered a tasty turkey sandwich and an Asiago bagel with bacon and cheese, toasted. Ended up getting the person in the drive thru’s order. Then proceeded to get our order which included an extra plain Asiago bagel. I was very confused and asked for clarification on the two bagels. They ended up throwing both away (one of which was correct I was just very thrown off by the other bagel) and they remade it. Which the cheese was COLD and there was an aggressively excessive amount of cold crispy bacon on the sandwich. When I had asked if I was charged for the extra bagel I was told no by two other employees, then the lady who originally took my order, came out to also assure me I wasn’t charged for anything extra. I asked for a receipt and she printed one and immediately handed it to me. You’ll never guess what was on there. An additional plain Asiago bagel!! She didn’t even look at it before handing me the receipt and telling me again I wasn’t charged anything more. I handed it back and asked why there was then two on there. Got cash refunded. They weren’t apologetic at all. With having working in the food industry for the better half of my career so far in life- this was ridiculous 🤣 now viewing the other reviews I wish I went to the other location!!! Ahhhh hate being this person but come on. You guys can at least try. Took my bagel home to toast in my oven.

Despite having read our order back to us, they still got it wrong. They forgot 2 of our bagels, didn’t remove tomato from a sandwich when it was requested, & put pepperoni on the pizza bagel when we asked for cheese. The food we actually received correctly was fine, but the experience was overall disappointing. UPDATE: We went in to get our items and saw that there was one employee working several stations by himself. With that in mind, the mistakes are more understandable. This location seems to be in dire need of new employees.

I continue to give this location a try for breakfast yet I never have a good experience. The food is usually cold, the meats on the sandwiches are old, the avocado is old and as of this morning ordered an egg white sandwich, one bite in and it is all yolk. Also they always seem very rushed regardless of the amount of people waiting. Don't charge extra for egg whites if you are going to give me pretty much just the egg yolk. Guess I will find another bagel place. Multiple tries and still disappointed.

I am the only car in the drive three and my order was wrong. Not only that but an INSANE amount of cream cheese was put on the bagels. I specifically ordered an everything with no toppings so how that got jacked up IDK. Then the rude associate at the drive threw had a horrible attitude towards me because they made my order wrong. Your better off getting some Starbucks or hitting that taco stand down the street for breakfast.

Whoever made sandwiches this morning got literally every order wrong. Wrong spread, put spread on an avocado bagel. Receipt had every detail correct, every sandwich was made poorly and incorrectly. My staff at the office was not able to eat them because of this. Total waste of money.

The service of this place is horrible, I had a big order and they missed half of dozens of bagels.when I went back and told the lady about it, she Recall all orders and she’s said” yeah sorry”and once she finishes bagging my bagels she’s Toss the bag, that’s so unprofessional. I understand they have big orders and they Can miss some items but the way she handled it was very unprofessional

Always a disappointment at this location. I’ll try to remember that next time I decide to go to Einstein’s to skip this one.Cold food one day and then the next I asked to have it fixed and they just decide to Zapit in the microwave too long and I have a soggy breakfast now. Just make it right the first time

Pretty shocking how rude the workers can be, It’s been a while since I’ve seen something like this, I’ve herd stories about the workers here but didn’t think it could be this bad. Also found 2 hairs in the food. You guys are really ruining the name
