I ordered online to pick up a breakfast burrito. I ordered a regular burrito (not the small option). My burrito was half the size of a "normal" Qdoba burrito. I had so much extra tortilla leftover I could've made another burrito. It also seemed like the food was old, probably from cooking it in the early morning and selling it around 10am. The primary reason I rated a 2 instead of a 1 was because the manager seemed friendly. I've been at this location for breakfast once before and the employees weren't friendly.

I came for breakfast at 7:30am. I was the only customer there.
Burrito and a coffee was exactly $10.
My burrito was perfectly portioned with bacon, egg, and crispy potatoes with spicy queso, Pico, and some jalapeños. So good lol.
When asked if I wanted coffee, I asked if it was any good. "Yeah, honestly it's like the best coffee ever."
It was a super good cup of coffee.
The associate gave me a handful of single creamers from the back and the sugar was by the soft drinks.
You have to ask for a security code for the restroom.

Empty store almost and still can’t make orders on time, ridiculous, waited over 15 minutes past when my order should have been ready

I honestly had high expectations for this location, I was excited to try the Cholula Mac and queso, which was very bland. I love Qdoba and never had an issue before, but at this location I feel kinda cheated they skimped on the bowls even when we asked for extra stuff they barely gave any, also the lady helping us just made us feel extremely rushed and wasn't very friendly.

Woman working there couldn't roll my burrito properly and asked me if I "wanted a bowl for it?" I said no, could I please have an extra tortilla to wrap it in. She then charged me $1.00 for the extra tortilla. I have NEVER been charged for an extra tortilla, let alone when they screw up the wrap job! Nonsense!

Good food, but the manager that was there at the time (6:45 ) was honestly terrible. She was very rude barley gave not even an ounce of food on my plate , didn't even give me my recipt. What's even the point of paying full price for my food when she doesn't even give me half the amount of food. I'm not going to spend my hard earned money on a place that won't even give me a full plate of food.

This location is close to my work so I dine there 3 times a week. The team there is so kind and pleasant. They know my order before I even say it. The restaurant is clean and food is fresh and hot. Definitely the best Qdoba location in town.

I eat here frequently since I work in the same shopping center. I’m never disappointed and always leave with a full stomach and a smile on my face. The food is consistently fresh, made with precision and generous portions. I can’t think of a SINGLE time that the lobby wasn’t clean, which is impressive considering how busy the location is. The staff is always smiling and does their best to make sure people leave satisfied. One of the managers, Kevin, always goes above and beyond, top-notch customer service with speedy and precise food preparation, you can tell his leadership sets a tone for the store. Honestly this is the only chain restaurant I go to and I’ll always recommend them to anyone in the area.
