This place is delicious. My wife and I have been here numerous times and were never disappointed. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. In response to the reviewer below, How do you not know you need to place your order at the register when there are walls directing you to the register and menu when you walk in? I've NEVER had a watery cheesesteak. My wife and I always get the mushroom philly with extra cheese. The fries, tots, coleslaw, fried oreos, and funnel cakes are to die for. One night we left and a couple of staff members were off and visiting in the parking lot. They took the time to tell us good night and confirmed that we enjoyed our dinner. Unreal!

It wasn't clear that you needed to place your order at the counter before being seated but I eventually figured that out. Service was average but I was surprised the cheese on the cheesesteak sandwich I ordered was watery and dripped onto the plate in a little puddle. It had a good flavor but not great. Not a bad place but nothing special.

This place is AWESOME. I would say hands down better than Pat's & Geno's!! I've been to both, and although they are delicious, this place is WAY better!!!

Sad to say, they have closed the business. Ate here regularly and it was always a great experience. We will miss Philly's!
