Waited in a giant line for like 25 minutes and after some frustration I paid and got my order only to find that they had forgotten my drink. That was pretty much my dumb fault for not realizing. I wasn't going to wait in line again and I decided to consider it a gift, the gift of health. When I got home I opened the box which was labeled double quarter pounder with cheese and was greeted by a scrawny single burger. Again, probably the best value for my money was NOT to eat the double quarter pounder I had purchased, so I brushed it off as another gift. See the video of the burger. The order of fries was super fresh and tasty, but the burger was unusually dry/leathery, and missing an entire patty. Generally this location delivers consistent McDonald's food, in my opinion. However my complaint on this particular visit is that the wait was exceedingly long, the order was wrong, and the burger was (unusually) funky. I do take full personal responsibility for my poor dietary choices. :-)

This location's lobby is AMAZING during the morning rush! I cannot believe how good the customer service is here! Not only did Toni do excellent with the friendly customer service, she was also able to maintain a good work order. Plus as an add bounce, she informed customers on specials too. Never in my life have I seen a McDonald's employee like her. She has such a great smile!

I realize customer service is lacking all over right now but we just encountered the rudest little girls ever. They got our order wrong, because you know it’s rocket science, but when we told them that at the window they told us we would have to get back in the drive through line. When the supposed manager came to the window she was just as rude as her employees. Supposedly her name was Jessica Martinez but I’m sure that was made up. Sorry you have to work at a fast food restaurant ladies but you don’t have to treat your customers like it’s our fault it’s the best you can do.

I have encountered a young lady who works here by the name of Sarah (presumably the manager, if not she should be).
The girl is a fireball, she REALLY takes care of business!!!!
And a pleasure.

This McDonald's is pretty nice clean I like how they made my milk strawberry milkshake. I just wish it didn't close so early but you know it's the sign of the times but other than that they had great food cookies they season a hamburgers check them out like their milkshake ?

Terribly expensive for the inconvenience and cold food. I had to park my car to go inside after receiving cold food in the drive-thru. Once inside, I waited for almost 5 minutes to receive the fresh fries that were promised to me when I initially placed the order. I cannot afford to visit McDonald's again. This is not the first time this has occurred and not the only McDonald's giving poor service and a low quality of food at a high price.
