Review Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lakewood

This location can never get an order correct. Their corn salsa makes my entire family sick every time we have tried it. And the manager is not friendly or helpful at all. This location is always filthy and needs a serious revamp. Get rid of the manager and get someone competent.

Food had no flavor, chips were stale. The little older lady had a horrible attitude, as if she was stressed out. She rolled her eyes because I wanted fresh black beans that were behind her to be refreshed. Poor job cleaning behind people. Will not return to this location

The food station was very dirty and a lot of the foods looked like they’d been sitting there awhile. My white rice was terrible! had so much lime in it, i got grossed out. Food was ok, but definitely didn’t look appetizing. Should have went to another location.

Chipotle is Always good for me, since I have gluten issues. Besides who wants all the garbage food? No need to worry...skip on over to Chipotle and eat healthier!

Just left without an order because of horrible service. Simple “hot salsa on one of three tacos” was messed up twice by person who gave me major attitude when I asked for a third try. Never coming again.

Ordered take out from this Chipotle yesterday and it was literally the worst customer service I've experienced in a decade or more. One of the servers had a difficult time understanding me. Nothing to do with the fact that I was wearing a mask. I spoke very clearly. She became very frustrated and visibly upset. At the time, I thought it looked like she didn't give me much rice in one of my bowls. I guess as to punish me. When I arrived home, my first assumption was correct and one of the two bowls I had ordered hardly had any rice. Normally I wouldn't care. However, after being so poorly treated and living close by, I returned to the store and requested a refund. Those bowls aren't cheap. The manger was quick to give me a refund, didn't apologize or ask for any details. Which means some other poor soul will have the very unfortunate experience of reaping this servers foul temper. I will, without question, take my business elsewhere next time. They might have the market cornered on poor customer servie, but certainly not burritos and bowls. Qdoba? Yes please.....

Please don’t stop here. Find another place. My husband ordered a keto salad and no one knew what was in it. He had to pull it up on his phone and tell them what was in it. And… the lettuce he said was at the bottom of the container and they never bothered to go and get fresh lettuce. Terrible. They either need a new manager or train their employees. We usually go to the one on South Wadsworth which is so yummy.

Smallest portion sizes I've ever experienced at a Chipotle. Everything was cold as well. Won't be going back to this location.
