Bruegger's Bagels

9am and they're out of the Hashbrown bagel. An integral part of their breakfast menu. The bagel you will see pictured on windows and walls and proudly presented in every marketing piece. 9am and they're out. But better yet the employees stated this fact with a nonchalant attitude that displayed the obvious ignorance of their management. This is why King Soopers ànd Safeway sell a dozen bagels at a price lower than a single sandwich. Perhaps all Bruegger locations aren't this incompetent but I won't be wasting more time to find out.

Disappointing experience. The staff seemed very unenthusiastic about working and super slow service. Took me about 10min to get a simple bagel with cream cheese and there were only two other customers ahead of me. When I finally got my sandwich and left, realized after driving away that they gave me garden vegetable spread instead of what I asked for light herb and cheese. They seem to be more concerned with talking with each other then giving quality service for what they are paid to do. Won't be visiting this place again.

Great place for a good sandwich! I wanted a basic coffee but wasn't feeling Starbucks and figured they'd have it here. Turns out they also have the best bagels I've tried! They were not dense and didn't overpower the sandwich, which is what made me a true fan. Also, they had 6 different brews of coffee to choose from! Of course, the best part was the entire crew was friendly and kind to each and every customer I saw them interact with while I ate. Highly recommend!

Another location in Denver we're the staff must be super high. I was in line and had to tell the lady my bagel type 3 times, and even after that, she came to our table and asked me again what bagel type I wanted. I guess I'm glad she reconfirmed it other than... Guessing?.. not sure if that's a good thing or not. The food was very underwhelming. We ordered their bagel sandwiches that they make and they were so bone dry and plain, we ended up just throwing them out after a couple bites then walked to Starbucks.

I walked in two minutes before they were closing. I told them I didn’t want to be “that person” but the entire staff insisted that I was not a burden to them walking in that late! They made me the most delicious sandwich and treated me with so much kindness. I have been telling everyone about them since my fantastic experience and will absolutely be back in for that bagel sandwich!

This location is just okay. I normally love their bagels, but the staff here is not the most friendly or helpful. They tend to run out of bagels very early in the morning, consistently. I've given them quite a few tries but prefer other bagel shops to this one even if I have to go a little further out of my way.
