I filled my vehicle with gas here and needed to use the restroom. The attendants told me that they didn’t have a public restroom. Well, they actually have two restrooms…both marked attendant only. I’m assuming they don’t want the hassle of cleaning them from public use. Give me a break.
This store is always pretty busy. The store is kept clean and they've worked hard to keep things stocked for the customers. Many employees know their customers by name and its refreshing to see some people take pride in their work.
I was there around 11 tonight to get some snacks. Honestly my daughter and I were there for a hot minute circling the store because they have hardly any items to choose from. Finally we did find a few things to buy, I paid and after that I called for my daughter to let her know I was done paying
Do not go here. This 7-11 is not only terrible, it is inhumane. They would not let a Type-1 diabetic use the restroom. And they also reprimanded an employee for letting a pregnant woman use the restroom. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.
This store has gone downhill in the last year or two. Manager Jay is extremely unprofessional. I guess, if you are going to keep a nasty store, then I guess managers with nasty attitudes fit right in.
Hey corp n mngr. Should train clerks not to in danger themselves by walking out of store to harass customers at night or any time. I understand n thank them for trying to keep loitering n pan handling down. The heavy set lady Jeannette that works at night on the 16th of January is overbearing rude
Just went in with my wife to grab some brews and she didn't have her ID but I had mine and was the person making the purchase, but couldn't buy because she didn't have hers with her. Never had this happen. Hopefully when parents come in with their kids they have really good fakes or parents won't be
staff is not trained properly, overcharges and doesn't give promos they advertise, is rude to customers when they point it out.
