Review The Garlic Knot - Bear Creek - Lakewood

Pizza is pretty good garlic knots are what I fiend for, this great review is for the service. When I went I was a little out of it and realized my pick up supposed to be two pizzas and garlic knots and it was only one pizza. I didn’t realize till I got home. Tired and with the whole family hungry I just called and asked them if I could pay a delivery charge to bring it over. They brought over our pizza right away, I believe it was a manager, or at least it looked like a manager/owner. I tried to tip him and he said absolutely not this was our mistake sorry for the wait. Go on that extra step to make things right is huge. Everybody makes mistakes I wasn’t mad it was my fault as well for not noticing, but they went out of their way to make it right and wouldn’t even except a tip for coming out I thought that deserved a great review. Definitely will come back

Returned today to order delivery from Garlic Knot Bear Creek, CO. Steven the wonderful delivery driver showed up and we laughed like old friends. My pizza was so hot and fresh I put it down on my stove right away. The cheesecake is always a good portion and AMAZING. This pizza company has coupons and deals. It's a premium price for premium food. Well worth it and I gave Steven a huge tip. Love the customer service and the food is ALWAYS DELICIOUS. I can't get off of The Alphabet City Pizza. Check this business out you'll be glad you did.

Great food and great people! My family started with the garlic knots, they were delicious and very cheap! My wife and I got the Wallstreet and it was some of the best pizza we’ve had in a long time! Our kids loved their small pizza’s. Our waitress was Katrina and she did a great job! She was attentive and very kind! We’re from Houston and next time we’re in town, we will be back!

I ordered an XL pizza for pickup at 730PM, Friday evening May 20th. The ingredients were correct, but the pizza was cold when I got it home..i live 5 minutes away, and I did pick it up in the time the staff member said it would be ready...I believe it was 25 minutes from the time I called it in. Anyway, that's what microwaves are for. The pizza crust was white, barely cooked. The toppings were scarce and is there a national pizza sauce shortage? No sauce? I should have taken it back. I was able to eat one slice, the rest is in the fridge. The point of this narrative is this. I Remember when that establishment was a Quizno's in the early 2000's and I've visited that store frequently since it became a pizza joint. Nowadays, this pizza is bad. This isn't the first time I've had pizza from here that was subpar to say the least. The price I paid for this pizza was expensive, but I think that is a trend now, so I expected some value for what I paid. Needless to say, this store, has disappointed me, and I'll be looking somewhere else now for take out.

As always, great pizza! Love this place. Ordered online which was fast and easy, pizza was ready when I got there a few minutes early, and the guy that helped me was friendly.

We WILL be back!!!!! Great experience! A very friendly young man greeted us at the front and was very polite throughout our dinning experience. Our food was prepared in a timely manner, served with smile and hot and fresh tasting. The pizza was cooked to perfection! Everything tasted like it was made right on the spot. The resturant was very clean too, the dinning area and the restrooms were spotless and very well maintained.

Friendly. Friendly staff. Great environment. Delicious Pizza. Great Lunch Specials. The garlic knots are so perfect! They had sit-down open!
