Ok, here is an interesting story... I live in Illinois, and was in Scottsdale AZ in April this year, and stopped at a local coffe shop where I had the most delicious coffee. I was told the coffee I was enjoying was from a small batch roaster in Colorado called Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters. So we made a point to find this place on our next trip out west and stopped by yesterday to buy a couple bags of beans, as well as enjoyed some cups of freshly brewed black coffee that was so delicious, it made the 12hr drive completely worth it! The BEST COFFEE and excellent service. I highly recommend this place, and guarantee any coffee lover will find this place well worth finding.

It was a beautiful coffee, I chose cortado and pour over, it was a really great extraction and tasty, also banana bread loved it, helpful staff and friendly.
Best of Denver for the specialty coffee enthusiast with a palate fixed towards lighter roasts. Super friendly staff willing to help guide your choices! Love this place. Staple of my home brew rotation and love to stop by for an espresso drink
Update 10/13/21: ordered an espresso and watched the barista meticulously grind, pour and time two shots to make sure I was getting a quality spro. 😍
Also their bagged coffee is never more than a week old, typically just a few days!
Awesome place with a huge variety of coffees, roasted on site.
We tried two different pour overs, both were wonderful.
The latte was also great, and we purchased a bag of retail that we're excited to try.
The staff were knowledgeable and polite, we'll definitely be back!
Sweet Blooms is the coffee experience comparable to wine tasting. The roasters and staff are experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. If I am having guests over for breakfast, brunch, dinner or dessert, they will help me pair the coffees for each event. Their bean is what I compare everything else to and what our family enjoys everyday.

Sweet Bloom has absolutely amazing coffee and a wide selection of beans. They also have some of the coolest coffee bags I’ve ever seen. While this location is a little small if you love coffee you need to get to Sweet Bloom.

Review: We finally found somebody doing pout overs in Denver!!! I know this is a weird complaint but I’m finding less coffee shops that do pour overs, and often their response is “because COVID”. I don’t know if that really makes sense to me at all but I do know that I miss my pour overs. Both of our cups of coffee were fantastic and this would almost certainly be my favorite coffee shop if I lived nearby.
There’s not a ton to talk about because we really did just get 2 cups of coffee, but they were some of the best cups of coffee I had in my for days in Denver. The only negative really is that this particular location had very minimal seating, I think maybe 12 to 15 people could get in the café at one time so if they were ever busy there’s basically nowhere to sit. I think their other location may be larger so if you wanted to spend time in the café that might be a better choice but all around Sweet Bloom coffee knocks it out of the park.
Great coffee and amazing atmosphere. However, one of the cashiers has been consistently rude and impolite. I keep coming for the overall experience but the unfortunate interactions with the cashiers are pushing my to not visit again. Felt very unwelcomed.
