Rubio's is as close to Baja Style tacos that you will find at a chain restaurant. Unless you live in SoCal, this is the best option! As a customer since the very first one opened near Mission Bay in San Diego, Ca I can tell you that even with menu additions and franchise changes, the food is as good

New place to try while traveling through. The person taking my order was really great at customer service. I ordered the grilled salmon tacos. I found them great. There is a salsa bar to try various flavors of salsas with your chips.

Good service and food. Not a fast casual restaurant, you place your order and then it is prepared and brought out to you. The service was quick and friendly. The food was good as well as the value. If you're tired of Qdoba or Chipotle try Rubio's! This place does get busy during weekday lunch h

Not just fish! Many vegetarian/vegan options & easy to modify to low/no carb. Fabulous salsa bar too!

Great menu with lots of options. My one complaint is it seems a bit overpriced. We got two tacos with a few chips for 9.95. The mahi mahi tacos were bomb, but again I think it wasn’t the best deal.

Great place to purchase catering! I hosted a baby shower for my best friend and she loves Rubios (very popular in San Diego). The manager was very helpful. She had my order ready an hour early! $99 taco bar and it fed some hungry ladies! Thank you so much!
