Had THE best enchilada plate for lunch and this is by far Mom's favorite place to eat. Joe is the best - love, love his cooking! My granddad was nicknamed "Gravy Jim" for his talent and it is family tradition to hand down that technique. Some how Joe has it down.

The menu has so many selections that it’s hard to choose. The portions are huge and extremely satisfying! The potatoes are fresh and so good! The burrito is enormous and honestly the best burrito that I have ever had! I could only finish half and the rest were leftovers. When I heated the leftovers 2 days later it tasted just as good. Whoever is the chef at this restaurant is worth his/her weight in gold!

I don't know where else I can go and have onion rings and biscuits and gravy at 7am! And... they're delicious. Anything in their "comes smothered in green chili" section of the menu I would recommend. If I lived closer, it'd be a multiple times per week kinda place. I guess my belly and arteries are grateful I'm not closer. Great diner food. Don't go if you're a "but I'm on a diet" kinda person. Just go and indulge.

Always a good wholesome spot to get a meal that makes you feel like you are eating at home. Waitress was very sweet and attentive, made frequent stops and will in the future
