First timer here. Vanilla latte, egg bites and a hash brown - all top notch. Came back later in the day for another coffee and an old fashioned donut! The coffee is smooth, not bitter or burnt. And the food is good! Service is extremely quick and nice.
On my Days off I find Tim Hortons in Lakewood to be a calm a sweet place to relax, and just enjoy the atmosphere. Their coffee and food are one of the best in the area.
I stop here almost every morning for coffee while I'm working and the staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is always clean and inviting but... THE PARKING LOT IS HORRIBLE!! They seriously need to hire someone to salt every day because it is always, always very icy and very dangerous!!! Come o

Good donuts, not so good customer service. You could tell the employees didn't want to be there, they were unfriendly and looked like they were mad to have to work. Good thing their donuts and coffee are still good!
Ice Capps they tend to over mix them making it so they have no iced part about them. The drive thru and parking here is very cramped.
Only improvement is freshness of doughnuts, and pick up the pace a touch. Otherwise it's a classic Timmies

Well I've won quite a bit from the Tim Hortons promotion but now they're lemonade to one of every 30 minutes which means I won't be able to use all of the rewards I've gained. So it doesn't make any sense as to why they're allowing you to win so much but then tell you that you're not allowed to use
