Friendly drive-thru guy which isn't common in chain fast food places these days since most places are short staffed. No issues with our order, food quality was as expected. Hope they find someone since they told us they're hiring.

The tenders here are always fresh & delicious the biscuits are the best hands down I recommend chicken express to anyone who loves. Fried chicken 🍗 oh and the spicy tenders I definitely recommend to try

The LG Sweet Tea blew me away - no bitter taste, absolutely sweet perfection. And, the Chicken Tenders were Chicken Tenders - no complaints

Lovely food, the chicken is so good. We didn't know they served fish, let me tell you.. the fish is way better than the chicken. We don't even order chicken anymore. We get all fish. Highly recommend!!!!!

Oven broken no rolls, no biscuits, no Mac and cheese. So they substituted it with hush puppies. They only gave two small ones. No other options. Then they just assumed I wanted an all crab meal instead of the combo I ordered. So when I asked for my side he said he assumed I didn't want one and charged me for a separate side. Ended up paying more then if he would just listened to what I ordered.

Chicken is meh, which is what you'd expect. A lot of bone, fat and grease with very little meat. I ordered 3 family sides of mashed potatoes and I got 3 sides Mac & Cheese instead. I live 20 minutes away. That's a 40 minute drive to fix their mistake. The person at the window made the mistake. Spoke with the manager and all he did was apologize and offer to have me drive 40 minutes to pick up the correct half of my order. I don't feel I should have to check my order to make sure it's correct before I leave. It should've been done at the window and instead I was told my total would be done at the window and to drive up. When I drove up, he didn't go over the order. He just took my card and handed me my food. I drove away expecting to get what I ordered.
