Young girl working had an earpiece in and was on a personal call. She was talking really loud to the person on the phone cursing and carrying on. Some customers left. She wasn’t even interacting with the customers only giving them totals and taking money in between using the f word with the person on the phone and talking about the police coming to their f***ing House. When it was my turn I politely told her she shouldn’t be doing that when working with the public. Her response”I don’t really care and I’m not waiting on you”. She refused service to me because I said something about her behavior. Unbelievable what our society has come to. I asked for the managers name and number and she said “call the store”. I did better than that. I called corporate and have requested to be followed up with personally. I will follow through with this complaint. Any manager that allows this behavior from employees, doesn’t need to be managing anything.

The girl with the dark hair is VERY rude to the customers. She was rude to the couple in front of me, she was rude to me and had been rude to me before. And today she cheated me a few dollars. I just let her keep it. If she has to be that nasty and steal from me she must be desperate. She has NO business working with the public!
