We are from out of town and our friends brought us here for lunch. It was absolutely delicious. I had the chimichanga made with vegan steak strips (made by Trinity). Not only was it filling, it was one of the best I've ever had. The service was awesome. Moe was super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area.

Music was really good place was nice.. if you are ever in Lakeland i highly recommend coming here.

Fun atmosphere, good tacos, good service.
I stopped here with a group of friends on a Friday afternoon in October of 2023. We were greeted warmly and offered help with the menu as many of us had not been there before.
The prices were reasonable and the food was good but not great. Parking was a bit of a pain as we had to park and walk a few blocks.
All in all, a decent option if you're looking for quick service Mexican food.

We drove 30 miles from Orlando to dine at this location for lunch. This location is fantastic. The food, service and atmosphere are excellent. We ate chimichangas, smothered in queso and the food was so fresh. I love their chips and salsa. The food is affordable and seasoned well. We will be back when we visit FL again. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my visit to Taco Bus! It has a great vibe. The music and the restaurant's look are just nice. The food reminded me of TexMex, and I'm here for it! I'd visit again if I had the chance.

The downtown Lakeland location is my favorite. The ambience is great and the food is terrific. It can get really busy which will affect wait times, but it's worth it!

This place was a bit of a surprise. There were plenty of options, including vegan, vegetarian and kids. I tried two variations of the chimichanga, the grilled chicken, and the plant based steak. Both were tasty. Mo, the person running the place was especially helpful and friendly. It's been awhile since I went out for Mexican food, and I'm glad I gave Taco Bus a try. Will definitely be back again.

Don’t hesitate to try it is excellent! Got 3 taco’s different flavors all were great you get to pick your toppings. Got the Pina Agua Fresha it was very good! Rice and beans excellent! Salsa and chips were great! Got churros and strawberry and horchata sauce I loved the horchata sauce best tastes like caramel! The tres leache was good as well too. The sopapias were not available but will be back to try!

I’ve had a few different meals from Taco Bus and they’re all really good but tortas are definitely my fave!! I usually order delivery but I ordered inside today and everyone was really nice, I didn’t have to wait long for my food either. I’m sure some people wouldn’t consider it “authentic” but to me it’s just as good as my favorite authentic Mexican restaurant, not to mention the location is super convenient!!

I had the twin tacos with chicken chipotle, fully loaded with sour cream. They nailed it. Very tasty, spicy enough with being too spicy. Chased them down with a pink lemonade. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was eclectic and groovy, a real nice vibe. There were throw pillows in the bench seats and the paintings were very colorful and had a 70's feel. There is ample seating indoors and several outdoors at the edge of the sidewalk. I would highly recommend them. Excellent value for the price and quality!
