Jack In The Box

They took forever, didn't give me my Receipt. My whole order was wrong and it was just me and another car. My chicken sandwhich is horrible and taste super bad. I ordered curly fries but got regular ones. It has been a while and I wanted some take out and it was just such a disappointment Update. They reached out and offered a solution

Ordered 4 shakes 3:jumbo jacks, I was only person in drive-thru when I ordered. Took 17 minutes before I recd 2 of the burgers. Was told it will be just a min for rest of my order. In a few minutes was asked to pull around front they would bring out rest of my order I ask how much longer because I could tell there was an issue with what appeared the shakes. Was told just a few then they would bring it right out. They came out n about 8 min. With the rest of my order. The shakes were like strait syrup chocolate and Strawberry with whipped cream covering the syrup. We could not drink them past maybe 2 attempted sips. I would have kindly just got my $ back as to have 4 shakes @ $3.79 ea. Not Drinkable because of whatever the reason. Its the nice gentlemen's attitude for my having to wait that I give it a 2 star.

i dont even know where to start... no matter what they ALWAYS screw something up with my order. the staff has terrible customer service, including the managers. I have gotten into a PHYSICAL FIGHT with a staff member while on duty and the manager refused to fire her because “i started it.” I had to go straight to corporate to have that situation handled. you should save the time and money. highly DO NOT recommend, they really need to get it together! update: once again they screwed up my whole order. the workers are just careless and this location needs to be shut down already.
