If I could rate it zero stars I would! The absolute worst food place out there I only came because my brother wanted Food late at night…placed an online order 10 minutes prior to coming…I kid you not lady said “oh it takes about five minutes for it to come back, so if you want to come back you can” yea they only close like in five minutes….bro if you hungry got to the Waffle House, or even ihop down the street they are 100 times better!! These people don’t know squat here at Taco Bell!! I promise you it’s worth it at a sit down!! All you get from here are the runs

I did not get what I ordered on June 2 2022 at 930pm through Uber eats. I ordered 5 beefy melt burritos and got 5 supreme burritos instead. And I ordered 1 taco supreme and only got the regular tacos very upset they cannot make an order right apparently workers up there can't read the monitors 😡 very upset

This is one of the worst Taco Bells around. The boy working in the drive-thru almost got cursed out for acting so bothered to get us some hot sauce. He just scooped up about 12 packets and with both hands just kind of let them go when I put my hand out to get them. I said thank you and he just turned his back and closed the window. Man, it took all my goodness not to go inside there. This is why I Do Not mess with Taco Bell! My daughter wanted it so I reluctantly went. Never again!!!

I just went to this Taco Bell location & I am extremely disappointed in the service & the food. We ordered directly from the Taco Bell app, which our specific customizations & items we wanted. We also paid directly on the app. When we got to the location, we were told they were out of the Cinnabons but could sub in cinnamon twists. This wasn’t an item that I wanted but we were told they couldn’t refund us since we paid through the app. To save myself hassle, I took the twists despite the massive difference in item, as well as price. When we got home, there was lettuce on my tacos despite clearly marking “no lettuce”. Additionally, I did not have the extra meat or cheese that I requested & paid for. His order included a bean burrito that he added beef & potatoes to. Both of which were also missing despite the nearly $2 increase that we paid for it. The cinnamon twists may as well have been left there in there immense lack of cinnamon & flavor. This was an unbelievably disappointing & dissatisfying experience all around.

5 employees in the restaurant. All hiding apparently. No one wanted to make eye contact. No greeting as we entered the restaurant. As a matter of fact. An Uber driver need to pick up an order but no one wanted to come up front to serve him. So he had to shout at everyone there so that he could get his order. Then when an employee finally came up. The employee looked annoyed that she had to come out of hiding. A employee was filling a tote with ice from the front soda dispenser to take to the back. The problem was is that she was touching the ice with her bare hand so that the bucket would fill evenly. Not sure where she was taking the ice. Hope it wasn't for customer consumption.
