They made huge mistakes in almost all items in our order (delivery order made on the corporate website) and refused to refund the order - only option was for me to drive to the store to get replacements. How could that possibly make things right on a delivery order? Was told by manager that I'd hear back from them, but never did. Had to spend an hour on the phone with corporate headquarters to get a refund. (That said, big ups to Wendy's corporate office - they handled things perfectly and refunded in full - other than the 45 minute hold time.... We're still big fans of Wendy's, but have no intention of returning to this location.)

One of the women working in this store made fun of a woman that was ordering it’s so disgusting the way this woman acted towards the costumer how’s it okay for an employee to act so rude to a customer. That worker is a shame for the company and with that attitude she shouldn’t even be working there. Honestly is so disgusting.

Staff was very slow but we're talking a lot I ordered a cheese burger kids meal and chili. The chili had a lot of liquid not to much beans and meat the sandwich was cold I had to ask them were is my food. I will not eat there anymore

Just came by here in order to buy some breakfast. Wanted to use a $2 off coupon for the breakfast combo. The lady at the register literally told me I did not know how to use that. Completely denied and was unwilling to add a $2 off coupon for the breakfast combo.

Do not recommend. Evening staff are the worst. It's like going to Popeye's. The wait is long and the staff are useless. The quality of people hired is very low. Chick-Fil-A for the win.... again

I seen a AC guy walk in while I was in the drive-thru, I guess the AC was out. Tell whoever was bagging fries on 4/15/22 at 1:50pm to wipe the sweat of their brow...I tasted sweat on one of my fries.

I don't know who runs this location but the food is never fresh. Everything you get you can tell that the food has been setting out for a while. The sandwiches are hard to bite into and so is the fries. I never have a good experience with the food there.

Nice enough people but they are soooo slow. They have you pull out of the drive through and have you wait 20 min for your meal. This is crazy!
