Cheap Dunkin, I will go to other one near here. Ordered donuts and they give to me 2 stuffed in bagel baggy? Also, usually dunkin has good Dasani type bottled water and this has bottom shelf bottled water over priced.(Zephyr Hills water tastes like mud.) Also I asked for extra whole milk coffee dark as hell.

I’ve come to the realization and chose to accept the fact that if I’m looking for good customer service that I should avoid this place. I did for awhile and started going to the McDonalds nearby. However, I sometimes feel like having a bagel. The last few times I’ve ordered bagel from this location, they were not fresh! This is probably the reason why they are still open, we’re on here complaining yet we still go there and give them our business.

Customer Service is absolutely horrible. Assistant manager was in the front said a number of times that there's a customer up front and still didn't serve or acknowledge my presence. Pay for a good cup of coffee and good service, I received neither.

Worst place ever. Service is so bad. Only two People working, no custumers and drive through only two cars. They couldn't even take our order. There was only one person before me and he been waiting for more time than me. This place has gotten worse over time. The two lady workers looked so lazy. One would come to the front and didn't say anything she would ingore us. You really got to be better. This place really sucks.

Again for the millionth time... Takes like a black coffee!! If someone asks for sugar and cream it should be in there! Some people dont have time to go back to get it replaced it should be made right the 1st time!! Thats kinda what you do right since they took donuts out of the name get your coffee game on point dunkin!!!!!!

I ordered from here regularly mostly a frozen coffee. They seem to always make the frozen coffee with Overload of mocha. Today I ordered from them with DealDash well to No surprise they DD messed the order up. Sandwich tasted old and freezer burn. 🤮 they didn't deliver what I ordered a snacking sweet pepper bacon. Instead they sent 2 egg bacon crossiant sandwiches that were cold and undercooked. I highly 🚫Don't🚫 recommend ordering food from this location 🤢🤮🤢

Worst Dunkin experience by far. The $2 upcharge for the 4 ounces of oat milk would normally be the worst offender but it was the actual customer service that made the experience terrible. Made a hot coffee instead of the iced I specified twice when I ordered, and rudely comments "well you said you wanted hot" instead of apologizing for the miscommunication. When I ask to void the transaction and reimburse me for the error (as I had already applied a $3 credit to what would normally be a $3.63 drink at any other dunkin and here they were asking $4.85) they comment they "could not" do that for me while also denying that they would make me the correct coffee, as."it would've costed more" despite them getting my order wrong in the first place. Didn't even finish paying, take the credit, no reason to spend nearly $5 on a place that treats you worse than a dollar bill. Edit : It seems like I'm not the first customer that's been told they placed the wrong order instead of the business apologizing for their errors. If there is one consistency here, it's that the staff runs a terrible job.
