Starbucks

Great employees that do their job efficiently and quickly, keeping the deliciousness of Starbucks recipes! The place is clean and comfortable, the environment overall great. A slight pain in the neck that the bathroom needs a code from the employees to use it, but I guess they take "customers only" very serious!

I was sorely disappointed today when I asked a member of the staff to ask a customer to not smoke out front. After she went in the customer got very rude with me and her two friends also got very rude with me. They made it clear to me that they were regulars and didn't care . The lady proceeded to walk directly across from me and finish smoking her cigarette. How to finishing my coffee I went in to notify the staff member of the lack of respect that ther regulars have for ther establishment. The staff member told me there is nothing they can do. Starbucks is my third place and I have been going to Starbucks for over 18 years from coast to coast I was very confused by this lack of willingness or ability for the staff member to have the people in front of their own store not smoke or disturb the other individuals trying to enjoy their coffee. However this will not deter me for I will be returning and claming this Starbucks as mine and no one will stop me. Rudeness and arrogance and someone's lack of ability to do their job will not stop me from enjoying my third place however I felt this must be known

Oh my God the people that work at this Starbucks where the nastiest most rude almost bully like towards me and my family. Complete corporate unfairness at its best. Starbucks is notorious for making a hangout this is your living room or living room type atmosphere these people will all about money give me your money or you got to go it was the most horrendous most nasty experience I ever had to deal with I was very disappointed with the service it was Unreal that they would hire such negative such hateful such money-hungry oriented type staff. I even slightly felt unsafe. This was my true experience I swear to you I would strongly recommend staying away from this place they only want your money nothing else matters and they will let you know it. Community you have been warned. Love and light, namaste . 😉

I came here to grab some breakfast this morning and my breakfast sandwich was cold, the Bantam Bagles had raw dough inside, and I was given a apple fritter instead of the doughnut I asked for. The lady who took my order was nice but what a horrible way to start the day! I was late for work already so didn't bother going back. 😒
