Amazing flavors, absolutely authentic! This place is worth the extra travel to discover the perfect BBQ; the stewed okra & tomatoes is better than mine, or my grannie's.

The food wasn't for me.. but the service is great and there is always a friendly face or two while you catch a break. They serve a Carolina style pulled pork, you can sit at picnic tables or even have a family picnic on the sloped grassy lawn. Mature oaks and Spanish moss, clear blue skies and it works for a family weekend or a quick respite from the busy unrelenting work week.

My family and I went there by recommendation by a neighbor it was everything they said. Awesome, Delicious, Courteous, the price we great. The owner mr. Carter was so nice and staff also the menu was so southern everything that I've been looking for they had it and some. First time there it won't be our last can't wait to go back. My boyfriend and I arrived just before closing time and was served with a friendly smile. Great customer service. Ordered ribs and pulled pork dinner. Got collard greens, black eyed peas, coleslaw and cornbread. The food was delicious. Cooked to perfection. Hot and fast. The sweet and spicy hot sauce was awesome! The cornbread was light and fluffy. Everything we ordered was so yummy! We will be back soon! Thank you for a wonderful treat!

Delicious food and quick service. The menu has a lot of variety. I had the 2 mean combo shrimp and chopped beef. Both were good, I liked the shrimp the most. You get about 4 pieces on the combo. Bought 2 combos and 2 appetizers for about $28.

The hospitality of the person at the window was very welcoming. She was very polite. She caught wind of a conversation about our son being hot and showed genuine concern. She went as far as telling us about a home remedy that would possibly be good for him. She also offered us a cup of ice for him. The ribs, mac and cheese, collards and blackeyed peas were VERY tasty. HIGHLY recommend for excellent soul food.

Drove past this place for over a year and never stopped to try them out. Wow! This place is excellent. Hands down some of the best roasted chicken in Central Florida. If you’re a foodie like me you’ll be looking for the next opportunity to try more of their dishes.

Just moved down from maine, ordered ribs(thin) with 1/2chicken, collard greens and fried okra. Potato salad, the flavor🤘🤘🤘!! Even my 11yr old finicky daughter cleaned her plate!! New favorite go to food shack!!

My husband and I stopped in to check out the menu. Loved the menu and decided to order the ribs dinner and the chopped pork dinner. Omg so good. We are definitely going back. That sauce is the bomb.

Good ribs. Good pork sandwich. Collards not so. Yams good. Fries where better than most. I'd go back. A little pricey but more food than i could eat.
