Review Wendy's - Lake Wales

The food is excellent. It’s always hot. I go for breakfast every morning and the manager there is so superb. She is one of a kind always smiling. Always happy. She has a wonderful crew there to restaurant is very clean. Food is great. It’s nice to see a Wendy’s that’s clean the way that one’s clean and friendly faces.

I went inside to avoid the drive through line and let's just say I couldn't have made a better choice. I'm not saying anything bad about the drive-thru but you can't see the service level from the window. Everyone was buzzing around making it all happen fast and hot 🔥. Loved 😍 my Dave's triple 🍔 😋 and fyi the 🍦 frosty machine works here lol.

What a great fast food place. Veterans always receive a discount. The food was great with lots of flavor. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Good service. Friendly staff. Customer seating area is kept clean. I do not like drive-thru at any place, so I can not comment on that. I still will walk in for carry out service.

Located on US HWY 27 in Lake Wales. I like spicy hot so I decided to try the Ghost Pepper chicken sandwich. I tried two of the offerings, with ghost pepper ranch and the other with Ghost pepper cheese. I also tried the ghost pepper fries. The chicken patties were not flavored with spice, rather the condiments added the ghost pepper flavor. The chicken Patties were juicy and flavorful. I might have liked them spicier but they were good. I would order again. The fries were spicy as well but not worth the added price for less fries. They flavor with an added solution on the bottom which mixes with the fries for heat. Personally I would have liked plain fries with ghost pepper powder instead. I hit the lunch hour with a lot of drive thru business but I opted to stand in line to check out my options. If you like ranch with fries as for ghost pepper ranch added to plain fries for a kick.

The girl at the drive thru tonight was amazing. Very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

I didn't take pictures, but first they were out of apple pecan salad at 11:00 a.m., so I asked for summer strawberry salad, and you barely could see the strawberry plus not fresh.

Wendy's has always the best option for a Hamburger joint in Haines City. It always taste fresh. The customer service is top notch and the diner is always clean.

Every single time I come to this Wendys to order they are always out of something. Never fails, every single time! And the staff is always rude about it. Like how dare you ask for something we don't have...

Needs new management, the places smells filthy, employees take too long, sweet tea isn't on the counter, if is, it's past due, I recently stood In line for several minutes along with other customer's waiting for my order to be taken while employees stand around! (Literally) NEEDS HEALTH INSPECTION ASAP!!!!!!
