Crazy Fish Bar & Grill - Lake Wales - Photo album

We sat down on our way to Miami because my wife wanted some fish. She saw the reviews and particularly the Key Lime pie one. The restaurant is a bit old and smells like it but it feels like you are near the ocean or in an old ship. Pretty good magic there. Let's go from there: the KL is very sweet,
Checking out some citrus groves on lake Wales and decided to try this place. Super cute old Fl cracker building, not fancy, but great seafood! The clam strip appetizer was amazing.. lightly breaded nothing chewy going on here, fresh and tender! I had the grouper basket with broccoli instead of frie

We were traveling to North Florida so, on our way, we decided to stop by this place because it looked very homey and welcoming. But we thought it was exactly what we got. We walked in. We were greeted like we came home. He looked like a big house full of nice people everybody smiling and happy and e
Met some of our oldest friends here second time in 5 years. This place was as much fun as it was then. Food was excellent my fried shrimp was spot on and my fries were great. There was a couple other platters as well a burger and a shrimp special. Mostly sweet tea but the slice of key lime at the en
Talk about not judging a book by its cover💁🏾‍♀️. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals, twin lobster tails and 4oz. crab cakes. The Oyster Rockefeller was on point, and the clam chowder was delicious. We will definitely be back. Glad to know it’s not far from home👍🏾.
Fantastic seafood and lovely service - stopped for a late lunch on a Saturday and not too busy ☀️🥗 Our server was so kind 🫶🏼
On an ebike ride around Lake Wailes and area, decided to treat ourselves to Crazy Fish. Delicious as usual. We shared 2 styles of shrimp, sweet potato fries with key lime dipping sauce, slaw and ceasars salad.
So glad we’ve found this place! Their Cajun pasta and blackjack burger, amazing! Delicious house dressing, hush puppies, garlic bread and coleslaw. Their garlic habanero hot sauce was so good, we had to bring one home! Fun decorations, lively restaurant, friendly staff, fast service, very busy but w
Funky rustic fish house. Seafood gumbo was delicious with mild spicyness.
The service is fast and friendly. First impressions is, this is small and looks average but there is good space inside and a nice deck outside. Definitely a sea food theme inside. First impression at looking at the menu is a little pricey, but it is sea food. The food does come our fresh and ho
Excellent fresh seafood that was perfectly prepared. Our waitress was very attentive. She knew the menu and was able to answer our questions competently. I loved the atmosphere and the fun decor.
The gumbo is spot on! The location is kind of sketchy. And the building might collapse any day. But overall, it’s got charm and character. A cute place to stop for a bite.
Great spot, delicious as always, casual dining and well worth the money. Cody provided amazing service and spot on with his recommendations. Thanks Crazy Fish, for not being afraid to use Old Bay… it’s a staple next to salt and pepper. See you soon!
We order grilled and blackened salmon. Food was pretty good. Sweet tea was great. Also the sangria was good. Super fast service. Nice atmosphere. Definitely will be back.
Completely unexpected, appeared to be a run down restaurant on the side of the highway. But I was so wrong friendly waitstaff and delicious food . I was able to watch them prep for dinner with fresh fish that they were cleaning and opening up fresh oyster. Would definitely go back!!!
First time visiting from out-of-state & Crazy Fish did not disappoint! The restaurant itself was nicely decorated, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly to our group. We had 8 people at our table, so I was able to try both the Fried Green Tomatoes and the Conch Fritters for an appetizer - b
