The kids and I love this place...the staff and the food are wonderful, they always make you feel welcome and the best margarhita pizza ever. It's our go- to place after lake villa kimudo (MMA) on Thursdays. Our other faves are the chicken parmesan sandwich and their whisky burgers. We haven't tried the pasta, but that's next! Raquel is a really nice and attentive server! Rosie is sweet and funny bartender!
This is on of our go to favorite places. Rosie is friendly and funny, We enjoy seeing her and all the staff has been wonderful. The meal sizes are always good for another meal. Great food ..
This place is great,pasta is delicious and service is great too. We have dined in and also order delivery frequently. Try the gnocchi it's not on the menu but they have it and it's fantastic. Don't forget the meatballs!
Pizza is amazing and all other dishes are the same..never had a bad meal there.
The desserts wow! Can't pass those up.
We loved the dinner suggestions our friendly waitress Paige offered--and the homemade chocolate almond cheesecake was fantastic!! Two thumbs ups from our twin boys! ��

First time here, had an AMAZING experience because of the bartender, all the servers, everyone was terrific. They handled everyone and all situations amazingly. Will defiantly be coming back on a regular basis!! :)

Wonderful place for some great Italian food! The pasta here was amazing a cooked very well! The sauce on the Vodka pasta was simply amazing and something that I will be ordering in the further again. I would highly recommend it for your first meal here. The portions are great and you’ll be bringing some home! A really good bang for your buck! If you’re thinking about coming here you should try it out. I will be coming back here in the future!

Well this was out of my way from work but a elementary school teacher has posted on his Facebook page how this is a really good Italian restaurant that won't break your bank in dining in. He was right. Although the pasta I ordered was fresh and delicious I guess I was expecting more formal dining in. The restaurant had that casual bar setting or ambiance. Portions of the main meal I ordered called Aglio e Olio was decent amount but from other reviews they say it was generous which I disagree from my idea of when restaurants give a generous amount in any of the entrees in the menu. Food was delicious and for me since I went on a Seattle Suttons diet some time ago it was enough food that will satisfy but won't make you take a nap. I would come here again when I get a chance to trying their other pasta dishes or appetizers as a meal. Only 2 choices on the menu for their desert which is tiramisu and cannoli. I went for the pick me up (tiramisu) for supper desert which I usually like versus a crispy traditional Italian pastry like cannoli. Service was a bit slow to deliver the desert which is a surprise but otherwise ok
One of the best pizza's I've eaten. Other items we seen coming out of the kitchen looked so good, we'll absolutely be returning.

Very quant little Italian restaurant. The service was great. I had a Caprese salad which was outstanding. My guest had a chicken sandwich with was a bit bland. I will definitely go back. I want to try their pizza with I hear is very good
Just had our first of what will be many meals. Food was excellent. Kristen (I believe was her name) was our waitress. She was wonderful... very attentive. Very relaxing atmosphere. Good place for a date night or for the family.
I had the Italian stallion burger with the sliced beef and jalapeños on it. It was good and so were the fries. The service was super slow and not to busy.
The food is amazing! The waitresses are always nice. Pink sauce is my favorite with anything.

Stopped tonight for the first time. I ordered the stuffed shells with manicotti. A meatball on the side. Each dish comes w/ soup or salad. I opted for a super fresh and tasty side salad. My stuffed shells was not about presentation. But holy smokes. It was amazing and super filling. Service was prompt and very friendly. Looking forward to exploring the rest of the menu.
This place is a hidden gem. We had the lasagna and it was fantastic; plus we got a salad and garlic bread! In addition, they have creamy garlic dressing which is my favorite. We'll be back for sure. What a treat it was to find this place!

Wow! Best Italian I've had since I was in NYC (little Italy). Lasagna, pastas outstanding.
Happened upon this place when four of us left Harbor Brewing next door in need of a meal. What a find! The staff (Christina) was a delight. We sat outside, where there was a pleasant view of surrounding parks. We started with some very crispy and tasty zucchini sticks, beers and a perfect martini. For entrees, I had the campagnella, which was great. (I asked Christina to choose a wine for me, and she nailed it.) Others had pasta dishes and lasagne, which also got rave reviews. This restaurant is a nice place in a part of Lake Villa I didn’t know existed. Very nice!
Great Italian food and generous portions. We normally go to Maggiano's for Italian food but we gave Galati's a try since it was closer to home and it had high ratings. I can honestly say the ratings are well deserved. This is now my new go-to restaurant for some good comfort food!
Been meaning to try this place for awhile and we really liked it. Food was good, portions were large, food was quick and arrived hot. Staff was really nice to us. Would recommend stopping by with the family.
My family and I love this rustic and friendly Italian restaurant in downtown Lake Villa. Their pasta dishes are delicious and I love the pizza. I especially enjoy sitting on the back patio when the weather is nice.
