Barista not only knows how to make a great coffee she's very honed in on customer service. I don't get to Lake Stevens often but when I do I make a point to go there. Prices are decent too. Prefer this establishment over Starbucks any day :)

I been a regular here. I roughly buy the same drink for a month..
I mostly order a 32oz cold extra Peppermint Peppermint Patty with no ice for this month since its an August specialty. They do normally charge me the extra flavor and fill my cup full.
Today was not the case. I ordered the drink. The lady told me she had to charge extra flavor and milk. I get the extra flavor but charge for extra milk? On a drink that is already a 32oz and I just didn't want ice in my "cold" drink?
I took the drink anyways and didn't leave a tip.
This never happened before. This is how full it is without a sip. And still charged me a FULL 32oz.

The coffee tastes like the drip one I have at home. Sometimes it's more sweet than having the taste of coffee.
Baristas are super nice, maybe just need more training?

It's our usual drive through coffee spot. Locally owned business with amazing seasonal special flavors and a ton of normal flavors to choose from.
Even a regular breve mocha is amazing and is my usual order. There's always a line at the drive thru though, so expect some wait time...

Would have given 5 stars previously, have gone for years and there are kind baristas and I always leave a nice tip. However I normally get hot coffee which is full. Recently asked for a second coffee iced with no ice to take home for later so I would add ice at home and got what you see in the attached photo. She said that is all they put their iced drinks, and mentioned how surprised people are when they get iced americanos without ice. I have explored other coffee stands and they all fill to 3/4 full. I was shocked after going for so many years and having a good experience to have this happen, but will not be back because of this.

Lundeen Espresso is a local favorite! They have the sweetest baristas and always fantastic drinks. I love that they have spark and blast drinks here.
