Dunkin'

I go here a lot since it’s so close to me but I seriously can’t wrap my head around how they can’t get a simple coffee right ever? This drink literally has no syrup or oatmilk when you can clearly see the sticker. Idk if it’s just pure laziness, or what, but get it together because making coffee isn’t this hard…. And when I asked for assorted donuts, I simple asked for just 2 of them to be chocolate glazed, and you couldn’t even do that? Blows my mind

The guy working the window in the mornings is awesome. He is always in a good mood and has fun with the people coming through the drive through. The only reason I’m not giving 5 is cuz the closers have often closed up completely 20-30 minutes earlier than advertised (at least 4 times that I’ve gone or more) back when their close time was 10 and I work nights so I need my coffee fix.

Ordered a egg sausage & cheese on sour dough, power breakfast sandwich no cheese and a water. Got to the window. Gave me a sandwich with 2 eggs and bacon no cheese& my h20. Had to send the sandwich back because it wasn't correct. Then had to reorder & pay for my power breakfast sandwich no cheese. Pulled around front to wait for my order. She comes out with 2 sandwiches. My power breakfast sandwich had cheese on even after telling them no. I didn't have time to wait for them to cook yet another sandwich. My husband ate it. This is not the first time coming to this dunkin donut. And not get what I paid for. I will never go back.
