Amazing service and environment the staff was over the top friendly and the ambience of the remodel is superb... climate was comfy and bathrooms were clean. Food was 100% correct and fresh. The app gave great offers.

Stopped in for a quick bite while doing some interstate traveling. The staff was friendly even during a busy dinner hour. The food was fresh and tasted good. Restaurant was clean and appeared to be newly remodeled.

Staff was ignoring customers. Bathroom was dirty and had no TP. The floors were so sticky that my shoes were getting stuck. The food was ok. The frostys were half melted when they came out of the machine. The pop was nasty and there was no ice in the one machines. Other customers and I tried to inform the staff and they didn't do anything to fix it. The only drink that was remotely good was the sweet tea. Next time I will go to the Portage store instead.

It took over 20 minutes for me to get my $5 biggie bag. NONE of my food is fresh. My fries arw actuall cold . There is nothing on their menu that takes that long to make and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Of you are on a lunch run, i do NOT recommend them. Slow and got the nerve to tell me I'm welcome. Ppppst, yeah right. Zero stars, its supposed to be fast food. Not kidnapping me in the drive thru food 😡😡

No hair nets are used, huge hygiene concern with people who have super long hair past their knees, my dad's soda was green and tasted like chemicals, my soda was completely flat, they didn't listen when I asked for a toy for under three, they forgot her milk and then gave me the wrong kind. Customer service was unfriendly and poor. They acted like we were annoying them by simply asking for our missing drinks, sauces, and proper toy. Bathrooms were dirty and the hallway to them smelt like cigarettes very strongly.
