Foods great. The owner is super nice and always remembers us, no matter how long it's been since we last ordered. Love this place.

Although I got there around closing time, I was able to sit & have 2 slices of pizza, one buffalo chicken & one Sicilian, both delicious with a very good crust!

Great food! Was looking for a new place when my regular place started going downhill. Passed this place by hundreds of times never gave them a second thought because of the location. Figured what the heck. Now my new"Go to"for pizza. At least twice a week. Had a calzone and WOW. Best I've had in years.

While driving by I spotted ROYAL PIZZA out of the corner of my eye- it was hard to miss. What really pulled me in was the epilepsy inducing strobe LEDs hanging in the window illuminating the “Wacky Wednesday” advertisement, which judging by the name happens every Wednesday and gets really wacky. Upon parking in the lot and surveying the stores adjacent to ROYAL PIZZA I found that half the plaza was a liquor store, and to the left was a dance school and a martial arts dojo, so I was obviously in a place of art, culture, and high class people. The disproportionate amount of old women struggling to push their walkers to their car affirmed my belief, as my father always told me, the older you are the more you know about class and higher culture.
Let me just say right now, the inside of the store exceeded my expectations. Not only did I walk into a pizza shop, I walked into a restaurant that can only be named the pinnacle of Italian cuisine.
The stack of newspapers to the ledge on my right greeted me with last weeks news, and the buzz of the 4 beverage refrigerators gave me a feeling of home. To speak on the refrigerators, they all were of a different size and make, so im sure they were heirlooms passed down from previous generations of ROYAL PIZZA. The one that immediately caught my eye was the coca-cola refrigerator, holding soda in the top and bottom, and in the middle a shelf dedicated to just one shaker of parmigiana cheese, which I wouldn’t doubt it’s home made, and a single bottle of vanilla coffee creamer. At first I was confused about the store bought coffee creamer among these other amazing products, but as I looked to my left at the display of coffee pots and sugar cans the puzzle clicked together.
To tell me this was both a pizza shop for the extravagantly wealthy and a coffee shop is what many would think of as blasphemous. Trust me that I didn’t believe it either until it filled my iris. The ceiling fans going at different speeds, the view of the tv blocked by an energy drink refrigerator, the countless menus hanging all over the wall and counter. This is easily one of the most put together places i have seen since the likes of GREAT WALL CHINESE or even The Flying Pig Cafe.
Bringing my coke up to the counter I watched a middle aged man, slaving over his labor kneeding dough, tending to his own peace. The level of care and attention to detail that he applied in his craft is unlike anything I’ve ever seen, and appeared as a master in his craft. When he called out to the boy in the back “people at the counter” in a gurgled tone I got a little anxious that I wasn’t welcome. Maybe I wasn’t in the far reaches of wealth as most of their customers. But as the teller came out of the creeky swinging slaoon style doors (vintage) that separated the general public from true pizza perfection, my anxiety faded as the smile on his face gave me a warm feeling. The coke was 1.50, a reasonable price. As I sat in this pizza shop today I wondered if I could ever go back to an average dining experience. 10 stars if I could, id recommend to anyone

I actually think they are one of the best pizza places I've ever had. I grew up in the city, so I have tried alot of pizza in my days. But this one is actually really good pizza. One time I ordered a pizza with jalapenos on it and they loaded that pizza up with jalapenos. But most times I get plain pizza and I really do find it very good quality everytime I have been there. There is plenty of parking since it's in an area with other stores. The establishment here was always clean when I went there. The people who work there was so nice too. I go out of my way to drive here even though I literally have another pizza place right around the corner from me.
