Fabulous family owned lake placid restaurant. Clearly a local favourite with a menu which revolves primarily around Italian-American cuisine.
Recommend: chicken parm and the Caesar salad 👍

My family has been visiting this restaurant for years. Wonderful. Great menu, delicious homemade meals. You should consider stopping while you're in Lake Placid. Save room for dessert.
Great place to eat. The view outside on the top or lower lever are absolutely awesome. Thier red sauce.... Is excellent. Overall well be going back here when I return in the fall. Had the lasagna and it was excellent! Service was awesome, waiters came around very often seeing if you needed anything.
Jimmy's offers a fine dining Italian restaurant experience close to Mirror Lake. The food is good but not great - I struggled with the bones in my Salmon and the pastas lacked flavor.
Relative to some of the other places in the region, I felt the experience didn't live up to the check.
The only place on the entire lake with good food.
The fettuccine carbonara was the best I ever had.
Table was wonderful especially since I am Handicap..we were on the main floor looking out at the lake..The restaurant has 3 floors upstairs and downstairs too..downstairs put you right at the edge of the lake..upstairs you have a unbelievable view of the town(main street) or the lake..Food as always
Beautiful views. Sad there is so much construction. Takes away from the views a bit. Staff running the gondola are very friendly and informative.
