Love this little gem! Feels like eating in Japan on the run! They use the tiny Singapore noodles for their lo mein (hard to find around here)! Four ⭐️ for tasty food & authentic feel.

Good local Chinese/Sushi take out. More authentic than your run of the mill American Chinese, and way way better than strip mall Chinese. They have a few great home recipes as well as really good home made dumplings. Not the best Chinese I've ever had in the Portland area, but it's definitely the best offering of the local take out places in the West Linn / Lake O area.

I'll try to get photos to share the next time we get sushi from Open Rice, because the last two times we've ordered from them we've absolutely inhaled the food- SO GOOD! I'm so thrilled this place is close to where we live, but even if it wasn't we'd make the drive for this sushi. The sesame balls and miso soup are also top notch.

2023 Update: still my favorite go-to for yummy affordable sushi- and I've recently discovered their udon noodles which I love. This is just a simple establishment with good food and great customer service. Don't judge a book by it's cover- support this small, unassuming place and be rewarded with big smiles and a happy 😁 belly 👍
